Dear brothers and sisters,

NewtermA large group of new students have come after the Welcome Party. They joined the
English, Cantonese and Putonghua Student Fellowships on Thursday and Friday. We welcome the Christians to be part of the CCCC family, and we hope that those interested in the faith can know the Lord Jesus and the truth soon. Let us pray for these new students.

The Cardiff Sixth Form College has the best A-level results in UK, and is famous worldwide. I met some A-level students last Friday, our age-difference became closer as we’re all from Hong Kong. I enjoyed listening to their dreams of the future.

The Chinese School has commenced last Sunday. The Main Hall is struggling to cater for the participants of the two morning Services. We thank the Lord for the growing number of people and ministries, and we ask the Lord to grant us wisdom to use the resources effectively. Should we move the Putonghua Service to Llandaff Hall or re-arrange the meeting times? Please remember this in prayers.

NewTerm2I always miss some people and ministries when I leave Cardiff. The Baptismal class participants who start to write their testimonies and form the habit of daily quiet time, and the newly formed Monday Cantonese and Putonghua Bible study groups, who are like newborn babies. Please remember them in prayers.

Enoch and Gloria are getting married in Hong Kong on 18/10 Saturday afternoon. Let us bless them.

In Him
Sam Wong
