Dear brothers and sisters,
After praying and waiting for 20 years, the Swansea Chinese Christian Church finally got their own church building. We thank the Lord for the oneness of the church in purchasing the property, and let us continue to pray for the renovation work. Hopefully they’ll have the Church Dedication in October, to God be all glory and praises.
Some students from the Hong Kong Alliance Theology Seminary will have their placements in the Chinese churches in Britain; among them are Alison and Oscar, who will come to Cardiff and Swansea for 6 weeks, starting 11/7. They will join different Bible Study groups and church meetings, and will participate in the visitation and mission work. Please pray for them and assist them in various aspects.
I have been very excited in the last three weeks at the coming of my daughter’s family. Thanks to sisters and brothers for arranging a break to Tenby for us. We went there on Wednesday until Friday. Praise the Lord for the good weather so that we can enjoy His creation. We spent time strolling on the beach and the streets, and we read the Psalm together and pray and give Him thanks!
‘Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks, for this is God’s will for you in Christ
In Christ,
Sam Wong
